Oxford County Road Safety Strategy

Take Consulting understands the unique perspectives of planners, engineers, engagement specialists and strategists. We develop robust and implementable vision zero and road safety plans and strategies to support behaviour change and systems implementations.

A strong strategy starts with a strong team of committed and innovative professionals. We are pleased to be supporting Iter safety – led by Josee Dumont and James Schofield – in the development of a County-wide Road Safety framework for Oxford County.

This exciting project builds upon previous work Claire has done with Oxford County and the complex and unique needs of a two-tiered system when tackling emotional, traumatic and technical issues around road safety and safe systems thinking.

Leading the engagement and supporting with policy and strategy development, Take Consulting is working collaboratively with Iter Safety – including the highly respected Suzanne Woo – to design robust facilitation sessions, strategic public outreach and buy-in generating sessions to identify consistent but responsive approaches based on best and comparable practices as well as local context and needs.
